This example provides the same functionality as waithidden notepad. It looks like on windows serialport2 doesn't hold a reference to the node event loop so it might be exiting because of that. It looks like it crashes during the package execution. Could you describe your packages? The best advice I can give you is to contact the customer service guys and provide them the dump files.
If you are lucky there might be already a hotfix available for your problems. Our issue turned out to be lookups sharing memory space. The failing packages all had lookups that were defined with exactly the same query for the reference table. They also ran concurrently, so occasionally, one would clear the lookup cache while another package was still using it. The resolution was to add a comment in each query to make sure each was unique. That fixed the problem for us.
All the packages have unique GUIDs for all components. The each package retreives data from a single table in DB A, transforms it, and places the data in a single table in DB B on on the same server. No other processes use the databases. SSIS logging is on, but nothing is returned.
We can identify packages that fail due to package level logging procedures, but no SSIS events seem to be firing. I work with David, so I thought I'd post an update.
It's a bug related to the same memory space being used by lookups running in parallel data flows. The symptoms David was experiencing don't match the article, but we're testing the suggested fixes to see if that resolves it.
I have the same issue as David's. It shouldn't be because of maximum concurrency. You're getting the same error code? What do your data flows look like? What is the state of the machine when the error occurs? Everytime I've seen it, it's been because the machine is out of memory and paging occurs within SSIS.
In particular, this error occurs when a commonly shared piece of memory is paged, and a memory reference fails. I have encountered a similar issue in one of my SSIS packages. The package performed the following tasks. The process exit code was After updating to the newest version of Forge, After researching online, I updated my graphics card driver and restarted my computer.

I'll try playing around with it in both debug and non debug mode. Does this happen with particular Modules or randomly? This bug is still happening from time to time. Really annoying when it happens in the middle of a long, complicated workflow!! I figured out what the issue was.
There were values in the CSV like that were not being properly read by the parser. I changed the code from. The code ran when I changed it to latin Just got it again when I tried to scroll down to see how far a workflow had gotten. So, it's not just a CSV reading issue. I'm becoming more convinced that this is bad access in memory. I'm thinking that something is trying to access another thing that no longer exists. I'm pretty sure our newer iteration will fix this. We are no longer writing to a giant list, and instead, everything remains static in one location.
It's been a while since this was closed, but I think so. I just encountered this error again the other day when trying to implement a progress bar in multiple separate parts of the UI. My best guess in this new case is that the progress bars are somehow pointing to the same place in memory and conflicting with each other.
Probably time to get better at using threading I am also experiencing this issue and I may or may not have accidentally found some code to reproduce it, although I haven't confirmed it on a second machine yet. This is what produces the error for me:. This also produces QPaintDevice::metrics: Device has no metric information three times. I can confirm this using PyCharm but not with Spyder. Posted on Jul 17, PM. It would have been nice to know right from the start if exit code 8 indicates an unrecoverable file system error or not. That's it. All you can do is run First Aid multiple times for some resolve. You can boot into single user mode and try from there.
Of course this will only fix logical damages and keep failing if the disk itself is damaged. There is no way to know if your system is recoverable or not. Jul 20, PM. Page content loaded. Jul 17, PM. Jul 19, AM in response to leroydouglas In response to leroydouglas. Thanks for the links, but that is not the question.
Exit code 8 means something. I wanted to know what the exit code indicated. So far as I can tell, it is not documented anywhere. Knowing more detail could have saved me several hours of going through the usual "First Aid" procedures.
Jul 19, AM.
It is documented in many places. With all due respect, I've been down that rabbit hole already. There is no end to the advice on how to repair a disk; there is no answer as to what exit code 8 actually means. All those Google searches are why I wasted several hours attempting to repair the disk. The disk has been repaired with a complete reformat.
Had exit code 8 been properly documented, or if First Aid gave a more verbose response like "You're screwed, start over. It means you have a corrupted disk.
What else do you want? Disks can become corrupted in many ways. Reformatting your disk apparently did not fix the corruption. Follow the instructions already provided or try a new disk. Exit code 8 is a generic failure where a special character cannot be read, or a character is unexpectedly in the wrong place.
Given that code is a series literally 10,x strings of 1 and 0's things do go astray. My only suggestion would be if re formatting did not fix the disk from DiskUtility's point of view, Format it in to some other partition table—when that is complete—reformat it again back to GPT extended journaled and see if it sorts itself.
All data of course will be lost on a reformatted Disk. How to create a boot clone.
